This is official notice to all members of Branch 780, New Bern, NC that nominations for branch officers, delegates to the 2016 NALC national convention and one trustee position, will be held at the regular branch meeting of October 20, 2015 at the Golden Corral restaurant at 6:30 p.m. The nominations will remain open until the regular branch meeting of November 17, 2015 at the same location, at which time the election will be held. All voting will be done by secret ballot.

This is official notice to the members of the Howie Leff Memorial Branch 936 that nominations for the following positions will be held at the regular branch meeting on October 8, 2015 at 7 p.m. at the Union Hall located at 1446 Bethel Drive, High Point, NC 27260: president, vice president, recording secretary, assistant recording secretary, treasurer, sergeant-at-arms, health benefits rep., three trustees, parliamentarian, chplain and delegates and alternate delegates for the 2016 national convention.

Candidates must accept nominations at the time made or, if absent, in writing. Nominations may also be made in writing but must be received by the Branch Secretary no later than October 8, 2015 at P.O. Box 465 High Point, NC 27261.

The president shall serve as a delegate to the national convention by virtue of the office. The elections will be held on November 12, 2015 at 7 p.m. at the Union Hall, located at 1446 Bethel Drive, High Point, NC 27260. The elections will be by secret ballot at the meeting. Request for absentee ballots should be made to the election committee. Requests for absentee ballots should be made to the election committee or at P.O. Box 1164, High Point, NC 27261. Requests for absentee ballots must be received no later than October 29, 2015.

This is an official notice to all members of Lewis M. Tucker Merged Branch 1128 that nominations of delegates for the 2016 NALC National Convention and nominations for one Branch Trustee will be held during the October 2015 monthly membership meeting. Any person nominated as a delegate or Trustee shall either be in attendance at said meeting or will have placed in writing his/her wish to accept or decline said nomination.

In accordance with Article 5 of the National Constitution and of the Branch By-Laws, this is official notice to all members of Lower Cape Fear Branch 464 that Branch elections will be held on March 18, 2014 at Golden Coral Restaurant located at 5211 S. College Rd, Wilmington, NC.

The election shall be conducted by secret ballot at 7:00 p.m. Any member requiring an absentee ballot may request one, in writing, from the Election Committee at PO Box 3562, Wilmington, NC 28406. Absentee ballots must be requested by March 1, 2014 and received back by March 14, 2014.

Nominations will take place on February 18, 2014 at Golden Coral Restaurant 5211 S. College Rd., Wilmington, NC at 7:00 p.m. Candidates must be present or signify his or her willingness to accept the nomination in writing to the Branch Secretary prior to the starting time of the meeting February 18, 2014.

Voting will be by secret ballot. Candidates, who are nominated, by accepting, are certifying they are members in good standing and have not filed for, accepted or acted in any

management position for the past two years.

Officers to be nominated and elected to a three year term are: President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary-Treasurer, Segeant-at-Arms, Health Benefits Officer and three (3) Trustees.

The president, by virtue of his/her office, is a delegate to both National and State Conventions.
